當(dang)管底(di)為巖石、碎(sui)石或(huo)多(duo)石地(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi),對(dui)金(jin)屬(shu)管道(dao)應鋪(pu)墊(dian)不(bu)(bu)小于(yu)100 mm厚的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)砂或(huo)粗(cu)砂,對(dui)非金(jin)屬(shu)管道(dao)應鋪(pu)墊(dian)不(bu)(bu)小于(yu)150 mm厚的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)砂或(huo)粗(cu)砂,構(gou)成砂基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎,再在(zai)上(shang)面鋪(pu)設(she)管道(dao),如圖1.3.9(b)所(suo)示。當(dang)管底(di)地(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)土(tu)(tu)(tu)質(zhi)松軟(ruan),承載(zai)力低或(huo)鋪(pu)設(she)大(da)管徑的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)筋混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)管道(dao)時(shi),應采用(yong)(yong)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎。根(gen)據(ju)地(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)承載(zai)力的(de)(de)(de)實際情況(kuang),可采用(yong)(yong)強度等級不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)C10的(de)(de)(de)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)帶形基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎,也可采用(yong)(yong)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)枕(zhen)基(ji)(ji)(ji),如圖1.3.9 (c)所(suo)示。混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)帶形基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎是(shi)沿管道(dao)全長做成的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎,而混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)枕(zhen)基(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)只在(zai)管道(dao)接口處用(yong)(yong)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)塊墊(dian)起(qi),其他地(di)方用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)砂或(huo)粗(cu)砂填實。對(dui)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎,如管道(dao)采用(yong)(yong)柔性接口,應每隔一定距離(li)在(zai)柔性接口下,留出600~800mm的(de)(de)(de)范圍不(bu)(bu)澆筑混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)(tu),而
PP波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan) 象研究梁(liang)的(de)變(bian)形一樣,我們從純彎曲(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)情(qing)況著手,假設(she)彎曲(qu)(qu)(qu)狀態下的(de)金屬波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)軸(zhou)向剖面(mian)上取半(ban)個波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)峰寬度(du)和半(ban)個波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)谷(gu)寬度(du)作(zuo)為微量,從其(qi)通徑(jing)和波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)幾何形狀上去分析(見圖4-1)。常(chang)態下的(de)全(quan)屬波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan),AA、BB′、CC'、DD都是互(hu)相(xiang)平(ping)行的(de)。PE波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)彎曲(qu)(qu)(qu)之后(hou),軸(zhou)心線EG變(bian)成了撓曲(qu)(qu)(qu)線。由于(yu)撓曲(qu)(qu)(qu)線上方(fang)(fang)的(de)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)谷(gu)的(de)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧所(suo)(suo)受拉應(ying)力(li)(li)與(yu)其(qi)下方(fang)(fang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)谷(gu)的(de)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧所(suo)(suo)受壓應(ying)力(li)(li)相(xiang)等(deng),所(suo)(suo)以,BB依(yi)然平(ping)行于(yu)AA;由于(yu)撓曲(qu)(qu)(qu)線上方(fang)(fang)的(de)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)峰的(de)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧所(suo)(suo)受的(de)拉應(ying)力(li)(li)與(yu)其(qi)下方(fang)(fang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)峰的(de)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧所(suo)(suo)受的(de)壓應(ying)力(li)(li)相(xiang)等(deng),以,DD'依(yi)然平(ping)行于(yu)CC
PP波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)在橫向上(shang)受(shou)到(dao)力(li)的作用之后(hou),必然產生(sheng)彎曲變(bian)(bian)形(xing),變(bian)(bian)形(xing)的主要(yao)部位(wei)就是圓(yuan)(yuan)環膜片。凹(ao)面(mian)向心(xin)和(he)凹(ao)面(mian)背心(xin)的兩(liang)個(ge)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧從軸向剖面(mian)圖上(shang)來看,它稱作波(bo)(bo)峰和(he)波(bo)(bo)谷(gu)(gu))剛性(xing)大,它與圓(yuan)(yuan)環膜片相比,變(bian)(bian)形(xing)極小。也就是說,凹(ao)面(mian)向心(xin)和(he)凹(ao)面(mian)背心(xin)的半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧的小半(ban)徑以及連接它們的圓(yuan)(yuan)環膜片的內、外(wai)半(ban)徑差,這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)參(can)數與變(bian)(bian)形(xing)有(you)著直接的關系。但由(you)于制(zhi)造工(gong)藝(yi)上(shang)的困(kun)難,一定通徑的PE波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)高度將受(shou)到(dao)其最(zui)大值的限(xian)制(zhi)。這(zhe)就是說,波(bo)(bo)峰和(he)波(bo)(bo)谷(gu)(gu)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧的小半(ban)徑及圓(yuan)(yuan)環膜片的內、外(wai)半(ban)徑之差這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)值的確定,是以通徑大小為(wei)基(ji)礎的。從這(zhe)個(ge)意義上(shang)來看,通徑大小是影響(xiang)金屬波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)的主要(yao)因(yin)素。
PP波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)以圓(yuan)(yuan)片(pian)翹曲理(li)論為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)基礎確定波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)的(de)(de)縱向(xiang)剛(gang)(gang)度(du)金屬波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)的(de)(de)結構特點(dian)說明了它(ta)在(zai)受(shou)到軸向(xiang)力(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)之后,各部分(fen)(fen)很容易產生彈(dan)性(xing)變形。PE波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)由于波(bo)峰(feng)半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)和波(bo)谷半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)這(zhe)兩部分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)相對變形遠遠小于圓(yuan)(yuan)環(huan)膜(mo)片(pian)部分(fen)(fen)因此,可以忽略不計,并(bing)把它(ta)們視為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)環(huan)膜(mo)片(pian)與圓(yuan)(yuan)環(huan)膜(mo)片(pian)之間的(de)(de)剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)接點(dian)。把波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)復(fu)雜(za)的(de)(de)受(shou)力(li)狀態簡化為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)環(huan)膜(mo)片(pian)單一(yi)受(shou)力(li)的(de)(de)形式。這(zhe)樣(yang),便可以用(yong)圖片(pian)翹曲理(li)論為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)基礎去分(fen)(fen)析整個波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)的(de)(de)縱向(xiang)剛(gang)(gang)度(du)
PE波紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)給(gei)水(shui)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)的基(ji)(ji)礎用來防止管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)不均勻沉陷(xian)造(zao)成(cheng)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)破裂或接口(kou)損壞而漏(lou)水(shui)。般情況(kuang)下有三種基(ji)(ji)礎。當管(guan)(guan)底(di)(di)地(di)基(ji)(ji)土層(ceng)承(cheng)載力(li)較高,地(di)下水(shui)位(wei)較低時,可采用天(tian)然地(di)基(ji)(ji)作為(wei)PP波紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)基(ji)(ji)礎。施(shi)工時,將(jiang)天(tian)然地(di)基(ji)(ji)整(zheng)平,管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)鋪設在(zai)未經擾動的原狀(zhuang)土上即可,如圖1.3.9(a) 所示(shi)。為(wei)安全起見(jian),可將(jiang)天(tian)然地(di)基(ji)(ji)夯(hang)實后再鋪設管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao);為(wei)保證管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)鋪設的位(wei)置正確,可將(jiang)槽(cao)底(di)(di)做成(cheng)90°~ 135*的弧(hu)形(xing)槽(cao)。
